About FSI Label
FSI Label is the preferred provider of high quality pressure-sensitive labels to thousands of customers in the automotive, government and medical industries.
In the year 1972, Albie J. Roman, Jr. founded Filing Systems, Inc. in Detroit, Michigan.
The company, now known as FSI Label Company, began by selling movable and stationary shelving along with the accompanying filing systems-file folders and color coding labels-to hospitals, medical clinics, banks and commercial businesses.
Twelve years later, in 1984, we began to print our own labels in order to provide our customers with a far superior, cost-effective product to meet their needs and requirements. With our extensive background in the medical industry, FSI Label has become a supplier to hundreds of health care institutions and medical clinics nationwide.
By 1992, we expanded our customer market to become an approved automotive label supplier.
At present, as a flexographic printing company, FSI Label (WBENC Certified and ISO 9001:2000 Certified) manufactures and supplies high quality, printed and blank, pressure sensitive labels to the medical, government, commercial and automotive industries.
At FSI Label, we develop products that improve our productivity, as well as, meet our customer's requirements with timely delivery-(Nationally and Internationally)-of cost-effective, quality label products and filing supplies.
With the untimely passing of Albie J. Roman, Jr., in April of 2003, I, his wife, Sylvia became President of the company. His son, Christopher serves as Vice President, and Emily Kopko, his daughter is Secretary/Treasurer. We, and our staff of dedicated employees attempt to carry on his work.
